RE: My New Economic Plan is based upon Vast Deposits of Lithium, Rare Earths and Precious Metals in North Korea, which are probably now the World’s Largest Reserves.
Dear Mr. President:
While my actions back in 1961 saved the lives of about 170 million Americans, including you at probably the age of 15 years, I am hoping, again, to be able to help save another 170 million Americansbecause that would be the estimated loss of human lives in the United States if we should need to take military action against North Korea. While Pyongyang might lose nearly 24 million of its population, which, based on 2016 estimates, was 25.27 million, Washington would lose 170 million of an estimated population of 324.1 million people in America, which would be more than 55 percent of all Americans.
For the aforementioned reasons, I am proposing a new economic plan for North Korea that Kim Jong Un might find hard to refuse because, based upon my earlier information that was sent to the White House on October 27 in 2017, the DPRK “may now have the largest deposits of Lithium, Rare Earthsand Precious Metals in the entire world.” So based upon my information that had apparently never reached your desk in the Oval Office earlier, it is rather likely that you can make a deal with the regime ofKim Jong Un at Pyongyang, which might, hopefully, even prevent a thermonuclear war.
It would be my hope that I can share more details directly with you that are related my proposal for a deal with North Korea as soon as possible because a thermonuclear war is already on the horizon of thePacific Ocean and it would be a very costly one. Please read my following letters.
Sincerely,
John W. Spring

RE: VAST DEPOSITS OF LITHIUM, RARE EARTHS AND PRECIOUS METALS IN
NORTH KOREA MAY NOW BE THE LARGEST IN THE WORLD.
Dear Mr. President:
Although I have attempted to commemorate the 55th Anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis, October 16-28, 1962, during this month, as an Economic Geographer, it is rather important for me to mention that, despite the outdated information at the U.S. Geological Survey or USGS, North Korea may now have the largest deposits of Lithium, Rare Earths and Precious Metals in the entire world.
Lithium batteries are now used in most portable electronic devices. However, due to the already increasing demand for battery powered electric vehicles, its value is increasing at an exponential rate.China and the “Lithium Triangle” located in parts of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile or ABC in South America currently have the largest known deposits. But the amounts of Lithium found in North Koreamay be even greater than all of the rest of the world combined.
Rare Earths are now being used in the most advanced electric motors and North Korea has far more rich deposits of them than does China, which makes it the world’s largest source.
Precious Metals are also very abundant in North Korea, which probably has the world’s largest supply of these ores that are also in great economic demand
In retrospect, I wonder if North Korea is being “set-up” to be destroyed so that its vast ores and minerals might later be exploited by a corporate or foreign entity. It seems as if, within so few years, Pyongyang has been able to develop its missile and nuclear programs mainly with the help of an outside source, which has not yet been verified. As a result, the current ICBM threat with a thermonuclear warhead launched from the Korean Peninsula would cause that nation to become obliterated before an American city would be completely destroyed. But a designated or targeted American city would still be destroyed due to the lack of an effective Missile Defense System. So, with my aforementioned information, I am rather confident you could make a deal with Kim Jong Un that would benefit him and lead to his nation soon becoming a denuclearized country.
Sincerely,
John W. Spring
RE: BEHIND THE 55TH ANNIVERSARY OF CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS IN OCTOBER
Dear Mr. President:
As the American whose analytic reports revealed the early stages of construction for the nuclear missile launch sites at Pinar del Rio Province where intermediate-range ballistic missiles would be deployed in northwestern Cuba that could reach within a radius of 2,200 nautical miles or at least 2,532 miles withthermonuclear warheads that could destroy all U.S. retaliatory facilities in America without any warning so that Soviet ICBMs deployed in Siberia could have devastated and obliterated the entire continental United States that would have killed 170 million American people. So if I were unable to connect the pieces of that diabolical puzzle together in time, there would be no America today except for a land ofnuclear toxic waste. That was in fall of 1961.
While I was proud of my accomplishment at the age of 22 years, and very grateful for the short letter that was written and signed by President John F. Kennedy, which was followed by two more letters that were sent on behalf of the President from the Department of State and Pentagon, it also placed me with the need for mandatory secrecy in order to survive in a diabolical world that plays for keeps. So during the rest of the Cold War and beyond, I had kept a very low profile about my earlier findings, later confirmed by U-2 aerial reconnaissance flight photos that were analyzed by U.S. Naval Intelligence, which then became known as the Cuban Missile Crisis.
The Cuban Missile Crisis during October 16-28 in 1962 became a great success for JFK and also a humiliating failure for Soviet Chairman Nikita S. Khrushchev, who was not only determined to find the person responsible for uncovering his diabolical plot to “bury” America, but to later also assassinate the President of the United States who had received my report of his clandestine plan.
Because apparently it was unthinkable that an American private citizen could have analyzed such a secret plan without access to a high-ranking Soviet official, the Kremlin focused its search for spies in the former Soviet Union. Russian GRU military officer Colonel Oleg Penkovsky was arrested by Soviet KGB, severely tortured and executed on May 16, 1963. In November 22, 1963 President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by Soviet KGB agents from Mexico City, Mexico.
Sincerely,
John W. Spring
