RE: CENTRAL AMERICA: PART ONE
Dear Mr. President:
Before I mention Central America, although the Japanese Communist Party has now only 26 members in the Diet, 12 in the House of Representatives and 14 in the House of Councillors, it is very influential throughout Japan by serving as a “sounding board” for leftist protestors. So right now, you are receiving rather “bad press” in the Japanese news media. This is why you must be aware of those current “activities” by members of your Administration assigned to Tokyo.
All of the nations of Central America, with exception of Belize, which was formerly British Honduras a British colony, and Panama, which was once part of Colombia, banded together against being ruled by Mexicoafter New Spain had gained its independence from Spain in 1821 when some of the Central American countries became annexed by the First Mexican Empire in 1822. So they established the Federal Republic of Central America in 1823. During 1836 the break-up of the Central American union had begun. However, all of the original five successor flags of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua display a white band between two blue stripes representing the land between two oceans. Keep this in mind because of their common historical background.
During the Cold War, the former Soviet Union, East Germany and Cuba not only supported Marxist-Leninist groups in El Salvador and Nicaragua, but they also deployed Spetsnaz and Stasi agents and troops to “pacify” Punta Huete in Nicaragua, which was where a mile-long air strip was being constructed for landing the largest Russian air transport that could carry a mobile missile launcher with a completely integrated Soviet Intermediate-Range Missile and a Nuclear Warhead capable of reaching any target in the entire United States from that clandestine site.

Dear Mr. President:
Although Central America is very important, I must express my condolences for the Jewish men and women murdered and wounded while worshiping at their synagogue in Pittsburgh by a very deranged and hateful person who also abused our Second Amendment for his selfish behavior. In addition, I hope your Administration will also investigate why the earlier alleged rounds fired at Sandy Hook Elementary School, which had apparently been closed for several years due to the asbestos contamination at that building site, on December 12, 2012 when Robert Swan Mueller III was still FBI Director until September 14, 2013, nearly a year after the claimed “shootings” in Newtown, because that supposed incident was never recorded in the FBI Report for CRIME in the United States 2012 for Connecticut at Table 8 in Monroe, where the elementary students were probably attending school at another building site, or at Newtown where the homicides had been reported by the news media to have happened. If allowed to continue, such “false news” could destroy our God-given right to bear arms to help “provide for the Common Defense.”
Regarding Central America during the Cold War in the early 1980s, the Boland Amendment had been passed by Congress to outlaw U.S. assistance to the Contras, who were fighting against the Marxist-Leninist regime of Daniel Ortega aligned with the Soviet Union, for the purpose of overthrowing the Communist Government of Nicaragua, which was where the East Germans and the Russians were constructing the mile-long airstrip atPunta Huete to accommodate the Soviet giant air transport, which would carry the fully-integrated mobile launcher with a Nuclear Warhead and an Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missile capable of reaching all strategic targets within the continental United States without any advance warning. Unfortunately at that time in America’s history, the liberal leaders in Washington were unaware of this actual threat.

Dear Mr. President:
Although most Central American nations, with the exception of El Salvador, have a shoreline on the Caribbean Sea, most of them, with the exception of Belize, have a coastline and access to the to the Pacific Ocean. If I were to make a broad generalization, most Central Americans live near the Pacific Ocean due to the Trade Winds carrying volcanic ash westward, which caused the soil to become richer in nutrients than on the windward coast of the Caribbean.
In addition to the mile-long airstrip that was being constructed at Punta Huete in Nicaragua, the Kremlin was also planning to construct warm water Russian naval bases at Corinto, almost as large as San Diego Bay in California, and El Golfo de Fonseca that is shared by Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua, which is as large asSan Francisco Bay in California. Russian naval submarine bases in Central America would have been able to cruise along the West Coast of the United States and launch Polaris-type missiles at America.
So, due to Boland Amendment, the Reagan Administration was forced to use other means that violated the law by taking clandestine action, some of which I strongly disapproved, in order to prevent the Russians from deploying their nuclear missiles again in the Western Hemisphere without any advance warning that could have destroyed the entire American population.
