RE: THE REASON BEHIND NORTH KOREA’S RECENT MISSILE TEST RELATED AS A DISTRACTION TO EXTREMELY-LONG RUNWAYS AT RUSSIAN AIR FORCE BASE ON LA ORCHILA ISLAND, VENEZUELA & AT PUNTA HUETE, NICARAGUA

 

Dear Mr. President:

 

If, indeed, it is true that Russian President Vladimir V. Putin and Chairman Kim Jong Un met for the first time at Vladivostok, then the NHK News footage aired of Putin in Pyongyang strongly suggests Kim had arranged the recent missile tests to show him his “loyalty” to Russia. Although Putin tried to avoid being on camera, his body language and mannerism gave himself away. So the missile tests were probably also carried out as a distraction or diversion from the existing and far more serious missile crisis at theRussian Air Force base on La Orchila Island, Venezuela in the Caribbean Sea and at Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America where two-mile long runways exist that can accommodate the giant Antonov An-124 Ruslan air transports that could carry onboard a fully-integrated mobile missile launcher and also Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads, which can then be launched within minutes of landing after being unloaded on La Orchila Island or at Punta Huete where they would be able to accurately strike any region of the continental United States without any advance warning.

 

So it is urgent that appropriate action must be taken immediately on this missile crisis located in Nicaragua and Venezuela because just as Russian President Putin has been behind the Missile Crisis in North Korea, he is also behind the Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis situated in Latin America.

RE: THE RUSSIAN STRATEGY BEHIND THE EXTREMELY-LONG RUNWAYS ON      LA ORCHILA ISLAND, VENEZUELA AND ALSO AT PUNTA HUETE, NICARAGUA

 

My Dear Mr. President:

 

It is my hope you are already making arrangements for me to meet directly with you about a series of matters that must be addressed very soon if your administration intends to defend our nation from currently existing threats coming from several foreign powers.

 

Perhaps, the most abstract and serious threat comes from the Kremlin in Russia where military strategists at Moscow have already developed a plan that has been completed and is now fully-operational. It is actually a copy of an earlier plan that was never completed during the Cold War because Grenada was invaded in 1983 by U.S. Armed Forces where a long runway was under construction when a similar airstrip was being built at Punta Huete in Nicaragua. The strategy behind building the infrastructure for these extremely-long runways was to accommodate giant air transports such as the Antonov An-124 Ruslan that can carry an integrated mobile launcher and severalIntermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads, which could be fired at designated targets in the United States after landing and unloading in a few minutes. After the strategic targets were destroyed, ICBMs deployed in Siberia would then be launched at a multitude of targets in America before Washingtoncould even retaliate.

 

The Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean Sea has replaced Grenada as the stopover refueling point for the Antonov An-124 Ruslan giant air transports on their way to Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America where Intermediate-Range Missiles with ThermonuclearWarheads could be launched immediately after landing. Even without Hypersonic Missiles, Russia could destroy America in a “mach schnell” manner.

RE: EXTREMELY-LONG AIR RUNWAYS ON LA ORCHILA ISLAND, VENEZUELA AND AT PUNTA HUETE, NICARAGUA HAVE CAUSED THE NEW MISSILE CRISIS

 

Dear Mr. President:

 

I am the first American scientist to discover that North Korea has developed a Hydrogen Bomb and a Long-Range Missile or an ICBM, which reach and strike any region in the United States.

Meanwhile, I kept monitoring the extremely-long air runway at Punta Huete in Nicaragua that had been inspected by Russian President Vladimir V. Putin when he last visited Central America.

 

However, it was not until after Dr. Bill Deagle had encouraged me to probe into the Chinese and Russian military activity in Venezuela when I became aware of the Russian Air Force base that is situated on La Orchila Island located in the Lesser Antilles of the Caribbean Sea where two extremely-long air runways have been constructed by the Russians at Venezuela’s Antonio Diaz Naval Air Station since Caracas and Moscow had reached an agreement on March 14, 2009.

 

Besides these two-mile long air runways being able to accommodate the Topolev Tu-160, which can launch Medium-Range Ballistic Missiles in flight, and also theAntonov An-124 Ruslan giant air transport that can carry Mobile Launchers as well as Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads, which can be launched within minutes after landing and unloaded at Punta Huete to accurately reach and strike at any points in America.
