RE: NO PRECONDITIONS FOR MEETING WITH IRANIAN PRESIDENT HASSAN ROUHANI, LETTER TO KIM JONG UN FOR ANOTHER MEETING+SANCTIONS
Dear Mr. President:
While I am rather encouraged by your decision to willfully meet with Iranian President Hassan, sending a positive letter to North Korean Chairman Kim Jong Un for another summit meeting, I am concerned about the sanctions and the lack of adequate proposals coming from Washington that might diminish hostility and encourage an incentive for denuclearization, which are needed, my greatest concern is related to the current Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis caused by the Russian presence on La Orchila Island in the Caribbean Sea and at Punta Huete in Central America where two-mile-long airfields are now operational that can accommodate the gigantic Antonov An-124 military air transport which can carry a fully-integrated missile launch system and many Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads able to strike any regions in the continental United States from those launch sites within only minutes after landing and unloading at a macht schnell rate of speed.
For the record, in spite of incorrect CIA articles, I was responsible for providing President John F. Kennedy with the analytical reports that revealed the deployment of Soviet nuclear missiles to Cuba a year before the Cuban Missile Crisis when my findings were confirmed by U.S. Naval Intelligence by analyzing U-2 aerial reconnaissance photographs taken over San Cristobal at Pinar del Rio Province located in northwestern Cuba. The Russian GRU Military Intelligence officer Colonel Oleg Penkovsky was blamed for my accomplishments. So he was arrested by the Soviet KGB, severely tortured and finally executed before President Kennedy was assassinated. This current situation is now far more serious.

RE: AN URGENCT PLEA FOR NOT STRIKING AT IRAN WHEN RUSSIA HAS NOW CREATED THE WORST THREAT SINCE THE CUBAN NUCLEAR MISSILE CRISIS
Dear Mr. President:
In 1983, I was nominated by U.S. Senator Barry Goldwater, then Chair of the U.S. Senate Select Intelligence Committee, to serve asAssistant to the President and National Security Adviser in the Reagan administration. However, Presidential Personnel had selected another person and since then the situation in the Middle East has only become worse due to the ignorance so many who have never been aware of that realm. But by contrast, my counterparts in Russia are aware of the various factions within the complexity of the Islamic World and they have interfered in so many ways with their anti-Muslim policies that go back to the reign of Ivan the Terrible.
Today, we are being strongly influenced by those tactics originating from Moscow without any recall of the atrocities committed by the Russians when they invaded and occupied Afghanistan in 1979 and killed over one million Afghans. The person who was selected as NSA instead of me had arranged for the Taliban and Pakistani drug lords to enter Afghanistan and later for Russian soldiers to return to Kabul along with U.S. Armed Forces. Imagine how the Afghans felt when the Russians returned after they had killed one million of their own people and loved ones?
Russia has now reached the stage where it can create or support an incident in the Middle East without being discovered or identified as the instigator. Meanwhile, these “incidents” provide the Kremlin with distractions from the current missile crisis in the Western Hemisphere within the Caribbean and Central America at the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island and Punta Huete where very long runways are now in operation to accommodate the Antonov An-124 air transport that can carry mobile launchers and Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads that can strike any regions in America shortly after landing.
Mr. President, please arrange for me to be onboard during your flights to and from Osaka for the G 20 Summit so that I can discuss geopolitical matters directly with you.

RE: IRAN, MISSILE CRISIS IN CARIBBEAN-CENTRAL AMERICA AND G 20
Dear Mr. President:
Since I last wrote, it appears as if now there is additional influence being placed upon you for a major war with Iran and its allies in the Middle East, which would only benefit another foreign power and multinational corporations. So I would advise you not to accelerate the prelude to another war in the Middle East at this time because it appears as if the Kremlin within Russia may actually be responsible for the recent incidents in the Gulf of Oman.
Moscow may be behind the aforementioned incidents as a decoy or distraction for its most recent activities within the Western Hemisphere at the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island in the Caribbean Sea and at Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America where the extremely long airstrips are now in operation and able to accommodate the Antonov An-124 Ruslan air transport
that carries a mobile missile launcher with many Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads, which can strike at any region in the continental U.S. after it lands in the Caribbean or Central America and is unloaded in a rapid macht schnellmanner.
If there should be any space left for another passenger onboard Air Force One during your flights to and from Osaka, Japan for the G 20 Summit, please keep me in mind because there is so much information that I need to share with you that will not be available from other sources. Due to the current missile crisis as well as other geopolitical and technological matters, we must meet at the earliest possible time. Yes, this current situation could become far more serious than during the Cuban Missile Crisis, which was stopped in time due to my previous analytic reports to JFK.

RE: YOUR DECISION ON IRAN AND OIL TANKER ATTACKS IS ENCOURAGING!
Dear Mr. President:
If the news information related to your decision for downplaying the recent attacks against oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman is correct, I would say that alone is rather encouraging. Perhaps my email letters are now reaching your desk in the Oval Office for you to read. Well, I do hope so.
Although most of your advisers and close friends seem to think that Russian President Vladimir V. Putin can be trusted, during the time of the Obama Administration, the Kremlin had decided to almost repeat an earlier plan in the Caribbean and Central America to attack the United States when Yuri Andropov was the Soviet leader. During the Reagan Administration in 1983, Grenada was invaded by U.S. Armed Forces to stop that threat from being carried out by constructing the long airstrip on that island, which would have enabled the giant Antonov An-124 Ruslan military air transport to reach another long airfield under construction at Punta Huete, Nicaragua located in Central America from where Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles with nuclear warheads would be launched shortly after landing and being unloaded.
So after the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island became operational in the Caribbean Sea with its two-mile long air strip, it has not only replaced Grenada but it has also provided a closer site for striking at America’s Eastern Seaboard in addition to enabling An-124 transports to reach Punta Huete in Central America.
By the way, if it is still possible, I would like to accompany you on Air Force One to and from the G 20 Summit being held at Osaka, Japan later during this month. I might be of assistance.

RE: URGENCY RELATED TO THE NICARAGUAN-VENEZUELAN MISSILE CRISIS
Dear Mr. President:
There is an urgency related to the Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis located at Punta Huete in Central America and on La Orchila Island in the Caribbean Sea that is now being clouded by the allegations related to the oil tanker attacks in the waters of the Middle East.
If Iran were to be attacked with thermonuclear weapons where the key targets would probably be nuclear reactors situated at Bushehr, the Prevailing Westerly Winds could carry “fall-out” all the way eastward around the Northern Hemisphere at a lethal level of magnitude far higher than either Chernobyl or Fukushima, which might kill billions of people. Keep in mind there could be “other” groups that were actually responsible for attacking the oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman as well as in the Persian Gulf. What I know of Russian military and naval clandestine operations in the past would not rule out the Kremlin, which has had active agents in the Middle East for many decades.
It appears as if you are not prepared for the G 20 Summit that is being held later this month at Osaka in Japan on June 27-30. Meanwhile, the real significance of the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island as well as the very long airfield at Punta Huete pose a major threat similar to the Cuban Missile Crisis because they will enable Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with ThermonuclearWarheads to be deployed and launched in a very short period of time.
By contrast, an unwarranted attack against Iran might only benefit some very large multinational corporations while possibly causing the deaths of billions of people. So make arrangements now to meet with me very soon.

RE: THE DILEMMAS WE FACE DURING THE G 20 SUMMIT AT OSAKA, JAPAN
Dear Mr. President:
Unlike previous global meetings, the dilemmas we face during the G 20 Summit at Osaka in Japan later during this month could lead to athermonuclear war with China and Russia as well as their allies such as Iran, Nicaragua, North Korea, Syria and Venezuela.
Unfortunately, you are under the impression that Russian President Vladimir V. Putin is your friend when, in reality, he is your greatest adversary and enemy. Of course, we tend to rely upon the value judgements of some of our closest friends who have been around us for many years or decades. However, when it comes to our health, we generally rely upon those who have been practicing medicine after completing their studies and internships. As for myself, I also question the advice of medical doctors and physicians because most of them are limited in their abilities to always reach the best decision related to your life.
When it comes to serious legal matters, we tend to rely upon attorneys who have won most of their cases rather than those with only a marginal level of competence. But when it comes to making decisions about saving our nation, we find ourselves relying upon those who claim they have “experience” without actually checking upon them before taking their advice on matters that can place us in jeopardy.
Besides the mercy of our Lord, I am the main reason why this nation still exists. Did you really think that the CIA or the rest of the intelligence community in Washington was able to provide the crucial analytical reports about Soviet deployment of Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles to President John F. Kennedy a year before the Cuban Missile Crisis? But, unfortunately, your key advisers with the “experience,” but without significant accomplishments, are now providing you with inadequate intelligence information that could cause the loss of many Americans.

RE: U.S. ORDNANCE NOW UNABLE TO STRIKE 90% OF KEY TARGETS IN IRAN
Dear Mr. President:
Based upon my geographical and strategic knowledge of Iran, U.S. ordnance would be unable to strike 90 percent of the strategic targets within the Islamic Republic of Iran because most of them are situated at a depth of one-mile underground. As a result of such an attack, the regime at Tehran would probably retaliate by launching Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles at Europe and Saudi Arabia as well as Israel. Even if Iran may not yet have Thermonuclear Warheads, it does have Biological and Chemical Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) that are able to kill very large human populations.
Meanwhile a far greater threat already exists at our southern doorstep in Latin America that is difficult to understand due to its macht schnell tactics, which would allow giant Antonov An-124 Ruslan air transports to land at the two-mile-long runways on La Orchila Island located in the Caribbean Sea and at Punta Huete in Central America to deploy mobile missile launchers and Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads capable of striking any region within the continental United States in just minutes of landing and unloading with greater accuracy than ICBMs deployed in Russia without any advance warning.
Unfortunately, it appears as if your administration is completely unaware of the aforementioned Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisisthat is a viable threat to us right now. Please remember that it would only require a few moments for the Russians to bring in and deploy these missiles.
