Several months ago, my email account, [email protected], had been hacked into from a location in India. Since then, I have been unable to use that email account. So, as a result of that crime, I lost contact with nearly every person or organization sending me information and also my inability to reach you and them.
Since then, many events and incidents have happened. However, of greatest concern to me is what I am calling the Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis caused by theRussian Air Force base on La Orchila Island of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean Sea becoming operational, which will be explained in greater depth on the following pages in letters sent to the President.

RE: THE RUSSIAN STRATEGY BEHIND THE EXTREMELY-LONG RUNWAYS ON LA ORCHILA ISLAND, VENEZUELA AND ALSO AT PUNTA HUETE, NICARAGUA
My Dear Mr. President:
It is my hope you are already making arrangements for me to meet directly with you about a series of matters that must be addressed very soon if your administration intends to defend our nation from currently existing threats coming from several foreign powers.
Perhaps, the most abstract and serious threat comes from the Kremlin in Russia where military strategists at Moscow have already developed a plan that has been completed and is now fully-operational. It is actually a copy of an earlier plan that was never completed during the Cold War because Grenada was invaded in 1983 by U.S. Armed Forces where a long runway was under construction when a similar airstrip was being built at Punta Huete in Nicaragua. The strategy behind building the infrastructure for these extremely-long runways was to accommodate giant air transports such as the Antonov An-124 Ruslan that can carry an integrated mobile launcher and severalIntermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads, which could be fired at designated targets in the United States after landing and unloading in a few minutes. After the strategic targets were destroyed, ICBMs deployed in Siberia would then be launched at a multitude of targets in America before Washingtoncould even retaliate.
The Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island of the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean Sea has replaced Grenada as the stopover refueling point for the Antonov An-124 Ruslan giant air transports on their way to Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America where Intermediate-Range Missiles with ThermonuclearWarheads could be launched immediately after landing. Even without Hypersonic Missiles, Russia could destroy America in a “mach schnell” manner.

RE: EXTREMELY-LONG AIR RUNWAYS ON LA ORCHILA ISLAND, VENEZUELA AND AT PUNTA HUETE, NICARAGUA HAVE CAUSED THE NEW MISSILE CRISIS
Dear Mr. President:
I am the first American scientist to discover that North Korea has developed a Hydrogen Bomb and a Long-Range Missile or an ICBM, which reach and strike any region in the United States.
Meanwhile, I kept monitoring the extremely-long air runway at Punta Huete in Nicaragua that had been inspected by Russian President Vladimir V. Putin when he last visited Central America.
However, it was not until after Dr. Bill Deagle had encouraged me to probe into the Chinese and Russian military activity in Venezuela when I became aware of the Russian Air Force base that is situated on La Orchila Island located in the Lesser Antilles of the Caribbean Sea where two extremely-long air runways have been constructed by the Russians at Venezuela’s Antonio Diaz Naval Air Station since Caracas and Moscow had reached an agreement on March 14, 2009.
Besides these two-mile long air runways being able to accommodate the Topolev Tu-160, which can launch Medium-Range Ballistic Missiles in flight, and also theAntonov An-124 Ruslan giant air transport that can carry Mobile Launchers as well as Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads, which can be launched within minutes after landing and unloaded at Punta Huete to accurately reach and strike at any points in America.

RE: MY BACKGROUND ON THE NICARAGUAN-VENEZUELAN MISSILE CRISIS
Sir:
Shortly after Bay of Pigs had failed on April 17, 1961, which was caused by a CIA operative on Cuba who was in charge of dispatching units on the island to supportBrigade 2506 had actually been an agent for Fidel Castro, I wrote a letter urging President John F. Kennedy to consider a U.S. naval blockade due to the Russian or Soviet military build-up taking place. He wrote in the margin of my letter, “Refer to State for further study.” Less than six months later during the fall in 1961, I had already discovered the presence of early construction of missile launch sites at San Cristobal, Pinar del Rio Province (now at Artemisa Province) in northwestern Cuba. By the fall of 1962, my earlier findings had been confirmed by U-2 aerial reconnaissance photos analyzed at U.S. Naval Intelligence, which then became known as the Cuban Missile Crisis. Although my findings were erroneously credited by the Central Intelligence Agency that had never been able to discover the Soviet missile launch sites in Cuba to Russian GRU military intelligence officer Colonel Oleg Penkovsky, who was arrested by the Soviet KGB, severely tortured and executed before they had assassinated President Kennedy at Dallas in Texas just a year after the Cuban Missile Crisis had ended when I received a letter signed by JFK as well as two letters that were sent on behalf of the President from the Department of State and the Department of Defense.
During the Reagan Administration, I nearly escaped death after sending my analytic reports that revealed the strategic significance of the very long airfields then under construction on Grenada in the Caribbean Sea and at Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America when the U.S. had invaded Grenada in 1983. Now, the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island, Venezuela has replaced the long runway on Grenada and now the two-mile airstrips are operational-ready.

Dear Mr. President:
Regarding the situation related to North Korea, if it is of any consequences, based upon my brief review of news clips on the Kim-Putin summit at Vladivostok in Russia, I would now conclude that Chairman Kim Jong Un likes you much better than he does President Vladimir V. Putin. So keep this in mind when we hear the bad news now coming out of Pyongyang.
As for Venezuela and also Nicaragua, it seems as if your closest advisers do not comprehend or understand the Kremlin’s strategy about what I have uncovered as the Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis, which has been caused by Moscow after the completion of the two-mile airstrips at the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island, Venezuela located in the Caribbean Sea and at Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America where Antonov An-124 Ruslan giant air transports can land with mobile launchers for Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles and Thermonuclear Warheads that can accurately strike all regions of the United States from Latin America in a matter of minutes after landing and being unloaded. But unlike the earlier Cuban Missile Crisis or the Nicaraguan Missile Crisis when infrastructure was not completed in time for becoming operational, everything at Punta Huete and on La Orchila Island is now operating and ready for “mach schnell” or quick landings when Russian President Vladimir V. Putin decides to strike at America without warning.
So while the speech given by U.S. Special Representative Elliott Abrams at the Atlantic Council may have appeared to be impressive about Venezuela, it failed to reveal the immediate threat to America, which is the current Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis caused by Russia.

Dear Mr. President:
Unlike my analytic reports, this letter addresses concerns related to U.S. policy on Venezuela at this time.
Concerning Venezuela, our highest priority must focus upon the new Nicaraguan-Venezuelan Missile Crisis caused by the presence of the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island in the Caribbean Sea where a two-mile airstrip is now fully operational for accommodating the giant Antonov An-124 Ruslan air transport that can carry mobile missile launchers and Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with Thermonuclear Warheads capable of striking America from Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America within minutes after landing and being unloaded.
After reading a commentary in the Chicago Tribune on April 19, 2019 written by Juan Guaido titled “China can bring positive change to Venezuela,” I would be reluctant for the United States to provide military support for him so that he could become the next oil broker with China.
As for U.S. Special Representative for Venezuela Elliott Abrams, after you criticized so many of our leaders in Washington for supporting the Iraq War, and rightfully so, that you would appoint him to his current position when he had been one of the key architects of the Iraq Invasion in the Middle East that you later called the “Single Worst Decision Ever Made.” I do not wish to send some of our finest young men and women to fight a war in Venezuela for corporate interests!
However, we must be prepared to take appropriate action for Russian activity on Isla La Orchila and at Punta Huete where a “Mach Schnell” action can occur at any time because they are ready.

I wrote the following information yesterday and it is my hope that we shall be meeting very soon on this crucial matter.
Although we do have the satellite imagery technology to detect nuclear weaponry at any depth or location, if a cargo of Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed withThermonuclear Warheads were carried on a giant air transport for only a brief period to an island located in the Caribbean Sea to refuel or unload for launch, it would probably reach its destination for striking at America before being detected. These “mach schnell” tactics were developed by the Kremlin in the early 1980s during the Cold War because the Russians then knew that we could detect any nuclear weapons with satellite imagery. So they developed a strategic tactic for deploying them only very briefly at any location before launching to strike at the continental United States.
This same strategic plan is now being used by the Russians at Punta Huete, Nicaragua where construction first began during the early 1980s in Central America and on La Orchila Island, Venezuela where construction for another two-mile in length air runway began during 2010 at a location in the Caribbean Sea, which has now replacedGrenada as a refueling stopover for the Antonov An-124 Ruslan giant air transports where also Intermediate-Range Ballistic Missiles armed with ThermonuclearWarheads could be very quickly unloaded to strike at the Eastern Seaboard of America in a rather short period of time.

RE: THE VENEZUELAN MISSILE CRISIS AT RUSSIAN AIR BASE ON LA ORCHILA
Dear Mr. President:
During the Obama Administration, I was the first American to become aware of North Korea’s Long-Range Missiles being able to strike well within the continental United States with EMP and Thermonuclear Warheads when officials in Washington, who apparently did not have very strong scientific backgrounds, did not believe that Pyongyang could have reached such a level of technology. So, without my earlier contributions on this matter, you would have been unable to stop this threat from the Korean Peninsula by meeting with Chairman Kim Jong Un.
Since then, more than two years ago, I was advised by Dr. Bill Deagle, who had deep concerns about Chinese and Russian military activity in Venezuela, to probe into that situation. Although I was then aware about the completion of the two-mile long runway at Punta Huete, Nicaragua in Central America including a visit to that facility by Russian President Vladimir Putin, I was still unaware of the Russian Air Force base on La Orchila Island in the Caribbean Sea. Based upon my knowledge and past experience, by being informed about this newer two-mile runway in the Lesser Antilles, in addition to serving the same function as would have been the airfield earlier under construction on Grenada in 1983 when U.S. Armed Forces had invaded the island that would become a refueling stopover for the Antonov An-124 Ruslan air transports on their way to Punta Huete where they would unload Mobile Missile Launchers and Intermediate-Range Missiles with Thermonuclear Warheads, it is directly in-line with the Eastern Coast with infrastructure now fully-operational for striking accurately at America without a warning.
